Arrangements for Parliament House visit on 20 August 2025.

Please arrive approx. 5:45pm in Centre Hall (this is at the top of the external stairs out to North Terrace). Please let me know if you are unable to make it up these stairs and I can arrange for an alternative entrance.

I have given PH a list of names, when you enter Centre Hall, you'll go through a metal detector, and then to the left they should give you your badge and take your photo. Then we wait to be escorted past the HoA to Old Parliament House for the reception.

In relation to food, it will be finger food, but there should be enough that you won't need a main meal. There is a diversity of food so those with dietaries should be catered for.
After the formalities, we'll be invited to take a tour of Parliament for those who wish to participate. 

We should finish around 7:30-7:45, and we could go for a coffee and cake afterwards if members would like to.

Parking - there is parking available at the Convention Centre, Festival Centre (may have some restrictions), along Victoria Drive (I think that's the name - southern side of the Torrens next to the Parade Ground).

I'll be going straight from work in town but let me know if you encounter any challenges.
